Aaron Morris

Aaron Morris, started with FCS in 2009 as a Crop Insurance Specialist. He obtained his Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education from Indiana State University. Aaron brings with him over 20 years of agricultural sales and experience.

Caryn Gabbard

Caryn Gabbard started with FCS as a Business Analyst in Owensboro in March 2006. Caryn was raised on a tobacco and beef cattle farm in Daviess County, Kentucky. She obtained her Bachelors Degree in Agriculture from Western Kentucky University and Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Indiana.

Cody Gault

Cody Gault started at FCS as a Financial Services Officer then transitioned to Crop Insurance. He is a Purdue University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Ag Economics. Cody is a member of the Purdue Ag Alumni and the Decatur County Fair Board Sales Committee.

David Graham

David Graham farmed for over 25 years and brings that knowledge and experience to his crop insurance customers. David obtained his degree in Business Administration and has been in the crop insurance business for over six years. He is a member of the Kiwanis, Trinity UCC church, and his state and local chapters of the American Cancer Society.

Dudley Lipps

Dudley Lipps has been with FCS since 1987 serving under various titles, such as Account Executive, Branch Manager, Financial Services Officer and most recently Crop Insurance Specialist. He obtained his Ag Business degree from Clark State College and is a member of Darke County Cattlemen’s Association and Pork Producers. Dudley brings to farm families over 30 years of knowledge and is available to assist them with all of their financial and insurance needs.

Jason Alexander

Jason Alexander began his career at FCS 4 years ago as a Financial Services Officer then transitioned to Crop Insurance. Jason grew up on a farm in Summertown, TN and obtained his degree in Ag Business from Middle Tennessee State University. He is an active member of his local Chambers of Commerce and serves on the board of Angel Heart Farms, a non-profit horse farm for terminally ill children. In addition, Jason is involved with the TN Land Trust, local 4-H Clubs, Cattleman Associations and TN Ag Extension Events.

JD Bowman

JD Bowman started with FCS in April 2010 as a Crop Insurance Specialist. He is a 1979 Graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science. JD’s experience includes 10 years managing a large swine operation, 12 years with Cargill as a Territory Manager in the Swine Division, and 9 years in Chemical, Fertilizer and Crop Insurance sales. JD will be happy to assist with Crop Insurance, talk Purdue sports, or about his family.

Kirk Keiser

Kirk Keiser started with FCS in 2008 as a Crop Insurance Specialist. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Ag Economics from The Ohio State University. Kirk is a Fayette FFA alumni and member of The Ohio State University Alumni Association of Northwest Ohio and has 12 years Agricultural Agronomy Sales experience.

Kirk Scott

Kirk Scott began his career at FCS as a Financial Services Officer in 1991 and has served the farm families of the Norwalk, Bellefontaine and Springfield areas for over 17 years. Kirk obtained his degree in Ag Economics from The Ohio State University and continues to assist his father in his farming operation. He is an active member of his local church where he assists with the youth group. Kirk also volunteers to coach junior high soccer and baseball, is a member of the West Liberty Soccer Association Board and is a 4-H advisor.

Lenny Muhlenkamp

Lenny Muhlenkamp began his career with FCS in 2008. He graduated from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Lenny is an active member of his church and a member of Professional Farmers of America and has been farming corn and soybeans for the past 14 years.

Patrick Jennings

Patrick Jennings has been with FCS since August 2009 as a Crop Insurance Specialist. Patrick is a graduate of Purdue University receiving his Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics. He is a member of the White County Swine Committee. Patrick also grew up on a production ag farm in White County IN.

Richie Thompson

Richie Thompson has been with FCS since January 2007 as a Crop Insurance Specialist. Richie obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Agriculture from Western Kentucky University. He is a member of the Kentucky Cattlemen’s Association and the Soybean Grower and Corn Grower boards. Richie also owns and manages a herd of registered Angus and commercial cattle.

Ryan Pollard

Ryan Pollard has been with FCS since September 2009 as a Crop Insurance Specialist. Ryan is a graduate of Wilmington College receiving his Bachelor of Science in Agricultural. He is a member of Leesburg Friends Church.

Sara Davis

Sara Davis has been with FCS since 2008. A graduate of Purdue University receiving her Bachelor of Science in Animal Science, she also completed the Indiana Agriculture Leadership Institute. Sara was on the Indiana Pork Producers Board and the Indiana Ag Leadership Association and was Manager of the Certified Livestock Producer Program for the Indiana State Department of Agriculture. She is a member of the Rotary Club, Farm Bureau, AgriInstitute Leadership, Gideon’s, Indiana Trail Riders Association and Senator Lugar Excellence in Public Service.

T.J. O’Daniel

T.J. O’Daniel began his career at FCS 2 years ago as a Financial Services Officer then transitioned to Crop Insurance. He is a University of Kentucky graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Ag Communication. T.J. was raised on a dairy farm in central Kentucky.

Tom Sloma

Tom Sloma began his career with FCS in 2008. He worked for Monsanto for 10 years and was a small business owner for eight years before becoming a Crop Insurance Specialist. He grew up on a family farm in Ohio and graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Ag Economics.
